So. I actually tried to get a damn Let's Play going. I recorded 20 minutes of FF7, and the sound quality was utter hell. And after a while, I decided to just...cancel the idea. FF7 is such a slow-paced grind, and it would have taken me far too long to edit everything. I don't know if I'll ever get a Let's Play done, since my computer is pushing obsolete right now and it'll be a while before I can afford to build a new one.
But hey! Tomorrow marks the start of my last semester before I get my AS degree in Computer Networking. Anyone want to do the American Lit. class for me?
Still haven't decided what to do afterwards. If I should finish my Criminal Justice degree, or go for my BS in Programming, which from my understanding is more-or-less an extension of what I've already done. I'll figure it out.
I am slowly working on writing my stories, while at the same time making a playable version for D&D purposes. With luck and determination, I could be running a second game in a matter of months. We'll see.
Been trying to get some art done. Working on a couple of sketches right now. Coasting through WoW right now. It feels very odd having my paladin back to its former glory. I'm not complaining, but I'm not used to it anymore.
I think it might be time to look into new art software. Elements 8 can't do everything I want it to, and I can't get SAI to work on my PC. Might be something I look into for the new PC.
Oh, also. Got a new monitor. My old one died. This new one is fucking huge, holy shit.
